  • Objectives
    Events Management is becoming increasingly important as a specialist field of study. Events are very diverse and can range from small private functions to large scale festivals, sports tournaments, pop concerts, carnivals and international mega-events such as the Olympic Games. All events have to be planned, organised and managed. The course is designed to produce graduates equipped with the skills, knowledge and competence to manage events. This may include venue selection, public safety and crowd control, the provision of catering, staffing, marketing, design and staging, music promotion and sponsorship.
