Objectives:
This is the only course at Middlesex which enables students to concentrate solely on studying French language and culture, whilst also acquiring related translation skills. Whether you are at a beginner, intermediate or advanced level, this course offers you the opportunity to develop a significant level of French competence through distinct emphasis on practical language acquisition, together with subject-specific background modules which provide a rich insight into the contemporary cultures, film, literature, media and society of the French and francophone countries studied.
