  • Objectives
This course offers you the opportunity to expand your knowledge of topical aspects of science without having to specialise in a specific single discipline. It offers a broad based study programme with a combination of inter-related modules arranged to ensure breadth and depth of knowledge about science. In essence, it offers a modern, multi-disciplinary approach to the study of a wide variety of scientific topics. The initial year follows a broad multi-disciplinary route with core modules in Chemistry, Biology and Quantitative Techniques. The modules available in Years 2 and 3 continue this approach but also permit more specialised and detailed study of subjects of particular interest to you. If you decide to specialise in a single subject you can transfer to any of our other science-based courses.
