    * This is an excellent course which enables you to extend your knowledge of Physics at a university which, in the National Student Survey (14th September 07), came at the top of the national scales for overall student satisfaction in the Physics/Astronomy subject area;

    * The facilities in computing and IT are excellent, having been newly installed in September 2007;
    * You will be part of a small and friendly department within the School of Physics, Astronomy and Mathematics.
