  • Course description
    General information

    In response to concern over Dementia issues we are offering our new one-day Dementia Seminar. The Seminar has been designed specifically to address the Skills for Care Knowledge Set for Dementia. It is intended that delegates will obtain underpinning knowledge against the specific learning outcomes as detailed within the appropriate Knowledge Set. The information provided will support the worker with career development, improved self confidence and ensure that they are working in accordance with current practice. The aim of the Seminar is to examine Dementia, its causes, results and the best way to support people with it.

    There is no formal assessment for this course. Candidates will be sent a certificate of attendance.
