NVQ 3 Hospitality Supervision aims to develop your skills and knowledge to meet the needs of a modern day restaurant. Relevant industrial experience and reasonable literacy and numeracy skills, NVQ Level 2 Food and Drink Service or equivalent qualification.

How is the course assessed?
Underpinning knowledge will be assessed in thoery classess using a series of questions. Practical assessment will be carried out during the two years either in the Gallery Restaurant or in your work place subject to appropriateness.
