• Objectives
  This course is designed specifically for you if you wish to undertake an intensive academic study of international business and management. If you are a graduate with some background in economics, finance, social sciences, engineering, law; and you have relevant business experience, this course will give you the opportunity to study in a prestigious international environment.
• Entry requirements
  You will require at least a Lower Second Class Honours from a UK degree or Overseas equivelant. If English is not your first language then you will need to obtain IELTS 6.5 or equivelant.

  Introduction
  This course is designed specifically for you if you wish to undertake an intensive academic study of international business and management. If you are a graduate with some background in economics, finance, social sciences, engineering, law; and you have relevant business experience, this course will give you the opportunity to study in a prestigious international environment.
  
  Its content reflects the increasing globalisation of both the knowledge and practice base of business and management education. The focus is on the study of international organisations in the corporate sector and the insights it offers for management of enterprises in the non-corporate sectors. You will be able to study the main functional areas of business and to undertake a project.

  Teaching and Assessment
  You will be assessed on the basis of course work and/or a written examination at the end of each semester. The project is completed during the summer period and is submitted in September. The nature of the course work and the examination is varied and the aim of assessment generally is to develop your analytical skills. In assessing course work, special emphasis will be placed on oral and presentation skills.
