Objectives:
Course Content Successful completion of the taught modules and an individual project will qualify the student for the MSc degree. Intermediate awards of Postgraduate Certificate and Postgraduate Diploma are available for students who do not wish to, or are unable to complete the full MSc. The aim of the programme is to provide a postgraduate course of study, which will: • Produce managers and leaders capable of handling the complex information technology systems necessary to maintain the competitiveness of business enterprises. • Develop professionally skilled competent managers with good exposure on different dimensions of management of enterprise resources. • Enable a critical evaluation of enterprise resource in order to ensure its effective deployment in an organisation. • Identify the appropriate role for enterprise resource planning systems in developing and implementing corporate strategy. • Develop positive and critical attitudes towards leadership, change and enterprise, so as to reflect the dynamism and vibrancy of the business and management environment. • Enable the student to work with and manage technical specialists, especially on larger projects.
