Entry requirements Possession of Grad CIPD. Individuals with other relevant qualifications, for example Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, may also be eligible for admission to the fast-track programme. We also expect you to have several years’ work experience in human resources, personnel or related areas.

Course Description:
This course is delivered in Cork, Ireland.
We designed it to give a fast track route to an MSc. It is specifically for people who have already gained Grad CIPD or above through the completion of a recognised course of study and assessment leading to professional recognition.
You can gain credit for previous educational attainment and professional recognition and therefore entry onto this fast-track route.
After completing the two residential workshops and related assessments, you move on to complete a dissertation with two further one day workshops to support your study.
This course maximises your employment and career development opportunities. Employers and/or sponsoring organisations benefit from the course in the long term through having well-qualified staff capable of making complex decisions and leading effectively. In the short term organisations gain from the immediate added value of the assessment activities. These include live project-based assignments and the dissertation.
The course provides a structured and developmental experience combining academic rigour, intellectual challenge and professional development. It is taught by academics with practical business and consulting experience. It also provides a range of business contexts in which to test and apply theoretical knowledge.
