    This programme will enable course members to understand, critically appraise and apply key theoretical frameworks and concepts relevant to the management of training and development, and learning in organisations.

    The programme is accredited by the UK's Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development. There are additional costs for the CIPD programme.

    Learning Outcomes

    Graduates will be reflective practitioners in the management of training and development, able to design, develop, implement and evaluate training and development strategies, programmes and interventions.

    How You Will Be Taught

    The teaching and learning approach makes use of a wide variety of modes and methods with emphasis on student-centred and activity-based learning. There is an emphasis on relating theory to practice through the use of case methods and by means of visiting experts from the field
