    Coaching examines the scientific foundation of sports performance, giving you the opportunity to explore a range of performance-related subjects. At Kingston University we believe that theoretical knowledge should be underpinned by a strong practical component and therefore students are encouraged to gain experience in the laboratory and the field in both structured and independent sessions.

    What will you study?
    At Kingston University the MSc course in Coaching adopts a multidisciplinary approach to the field of sports coaching. Students will have the opportunity to explore the physiological, practical and psychological principles of coaching at all levels of performance.

    Students will examine theories and practice of effective coaching, and have the opportunity to develop your own coaching and leadership skills. You will gain a good understanding of injury assessment and rehabilitation.
