  • Objectives * Partnerships with industry leaders enable students to work with some of the top creative talent in the UK * Excellent specialist facilities include sound recording, animation and digital editing studios * Leads to successful careers as Interactive Designers in a fast growing international market.
  • Entry requirements Entry requirements Students should normally have a good portfolio, plus one of the following: * 240 points, to include two GCE/VCE A Levels with grade C in at least one art or design subject * National Diploma merit profile in a relevant subject * Successful completion of an Art and Design Foundation Course Applications from mature students (21+) with alternative qualifications and/or work experience are welcomed.

    Programme

    Students graduate with a portfolio of work which demonstrates their talent across the following areas:

        * Interactive Interface Design includes website design, on-line retailing, information design and electronic publishing
        * Broadcast Design covers the design of TV graphics, broadcast station ID, animation for children television and interactive interface for digital television
        * Digital Sound Design underpins all other areas of multimedia design to create dynamic media
        * Multimedia Performance deals with the creation of interactive environments, for example in nightclubs, museums, art galleries, concerts and conferences.
