BSc Clinical Nursing

  • Objectives * A programme designed to support continuing professional development for nurses working in a variety of settings and roles in the fields of adult, children or learning disability nursing. * It is particularly attractive to those who have recently qualified at diploma level and wish to ‘top-up’ their diploma nursing qualification to degree level. * It may also be relevant to those experienced nurses who wish to enhance their skills and knowledge in a variety of subjects rather than specialise in just one. * At its heart, the programme aims to develop intellectual and practice skills in order to enhance your performance as a nurse and therefore improve the effectiveness of care you give to patients.
  • Entry requirements The university requires you to have at least 2 A Levels (or equivalent) to begin an Honours Undergraduate Degree Programme or at least one for a Foundation Degree. The entry requirements for undergraduate degrees are given generally in UCAS Tariff Points.
