BSc Mobile Communications

  • Objectives The mobile communications industry continues to expand, enabling advances in many areas including business, entertainment and personal communications. New technologies are being introduced such as mobile computing and satellite based mobile telephony. Well-trained individuals are needed to support and manage the development of products and services for these new markets. This course has been developed with assistance from Cable and Wireless, Ericsson, Nokia and Orange, ensuring it is immediately relevant in the job market.
  • Entry requirements Entry Requirements 200 UCAS points from a minimum of two A2 levels including one technical subject eg CDD in three A2 level subjects. Equivalent qualifications will also be considered. Mature candidates with relevant industrial experience are encouraged to apply.
