    The CLC programme is intended to be studied over 2 years, comprising:  Foundation Level (Year 1) and Final Level (Year 2).   It is essential to complete the programme in order to become a licenced conveyancer.

    The role of Licenced Conveyancer is now highly regarded in the legal profession, and students can look forward to a very rewarding career.

    Course content

    Year 1 - Foundation - 4 modules

    l) Introduction to Law and Legal Method ll) Introduction to Conveyancing lll/lV) Land Law and Contract Law.

    Year 2 - Final - 3 modules

    l) Conveyancing Law and Practice ll) Landlord and Tenant lll) Bookkeeping and Accounts

    Teaching and assessment

    Assessment: In course assessment (Internal) - throughout the year.
