  • Entry requirements Entry requirements Candidates must be conversant with BS 7671 and ideally have 17th Edition certification. They should have City and Guilds 2360 Part 2, City and Guilds 2330, or an industry approved equivalent. Candidates must also be in possession of a current edition of BS 7671 complete with the latest set of amendments, and a copy of current edition Guidance Notes 3.

    This course is designed to cover the theory and practice of Inspection, Testing and Certification of electrical installations and is based upon the requirements laid down by City and Guilds in their 2391 syllabus.  The main objective is to prepare candidates for assessment leading to the award of a City and Guilds Certificate.
