Course - Entry to Employment (E2E) Business Administration and Customer Service

  • Entry requirements * Applicants must be 16 – 18 * Have an interest in working in an administration and or customer service environment * Have a good standard of written and spoken English and a reasonable standard of numeracy. * Be committed to undertake an intensive programme All applicants will be interviewed and asked to complete an initial assessment
  • Course description Duration of Course:
    Entry 2 Employment is expected to last up to 22 weeks.
    Course days are Monday to Friday 9.30 – 4.30 (including work experience)

    What does it include?
    Candidates will undertake the following:
    * Introduction to Administration and Customer Service
    * Personal Effectiveness
    * IT skills
    * Numeracy
    * Literacy
    * ASDAN Employability
    * Tutorial Support
    * Work Placement

    In addition, candidates when on work placement are visited regularly in the work place for assessments and progress reviews.
     
    On satisfactory completion of the programme a candidate will be awarded an E2E Certificate.  Candidates may also receive Certificates in IT and a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Unit Certification in Business Administration or Customer Service Levels 1 or 2.

    Where does it lead?

    The programme aims to provide progression routes in to one of the following options: Full NVQs in Administration or Customer Service, Employment, Employment with Training or Apprenticeships.
