  • Entry requirements Applicants must be 17+ with a good standard of written and spoken English. Committed to undertake 22 weeks of work experience An interest in developing Office Administration and IT Skills to work in an office environment All applicants will be interviewed and asked to complete an initial assessment in English Language.
  • Course description Duration of course:
    1 year, daytime programme.

    Course days are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9.30am – 4.00pm

    Where does it lead?
    This programme would be appropriate for anyone wishing to acquire Administration and IT knowledge and skills to perform competently as a Junior Administration Assistant in an administrative working environment. This leads to NVQ in Business Administration or Customer Service Level 1. Progression may be to Business Administration Level 2 or employment within an administration environment.

    What does it include?

    Candidates must produce a portfolio of evidence based on National Business and Administrative Standards that have been assessed in the working environment.
