  • Course description Pre access is a level 2 course designed to prepare students for the Access to Health Studies programme. You will develop your study skills, literacy, numeracy and computer skills and will be able to sample some of the subjects you will study at a higher level the following year on the Access to Health Studies Programme. There are regular homework assignments, so time for private study is essential. You will be assessed by assignment work and through assessments for Literacy and Numeracy. What it leads to:, You will be able to gain certificates in Adult Literacy and Numeracy and the confidence and skills to move onto the Access to Health Studies programme.
