Course descriptionApplicants for the Creative Technologies MBA course will typically have a first degree in either a creative or computing related discipline and will be seeking to establish themselves in a business or management role within the creative industries, such as computer games production, the media or digital entertainment.
In addition to the key MBA modules, covering strategic management, HRM, finance, marketing and logistics, the course focuses on production management methods used within the creative industries. Relevant practical skills and appropriate management theory are also delivered through studying knowledge management, usability and design techniques for interactive multimedia.
Graduates will have skills and knowledge expected from any MBA, but enhanced with specific understanding of business practices that apply to the creative and/or digital entertainment industries.
