ITQ Level 2 Course

Entry requirements
It is recommended that you have completed the CLAIT. You should have literacy at Level1/Level2. You should attend an advice and guidance session to find out if this is the right course for you. You will be asked to complete an assessment at this session. This course is free if you Do NOT have a Level 2 qualification (5 GCSEs grade A*-C or 5 'O' levels or 5 CSE grade 1) - Only exam fee will apply.

Content details
The ITQ is a new IT user qualification, which is designed in partnership with employers and is based on today's most widely used software packages. The skills you gain will help you to work more efficiently and develop the opportunities to apply IT effectively in your job. It is a flexible qualification designed to build on your existing skills and qualifications in the work place, whilst also encouraging new learning. The course is held at the Tottenham Centre or your workplace if you are employed.

Assessment
You will be assessed by your tutor at the end of each unit. The assessments are set assignments from the exam board.

You could study a range of courses including ECDL Advanced, Web Page Design, Computer Programming or Networking.
