It will achieve this through the delivery of new modules not widely available in the UK, namely the module on Ethics and Exploitation of Intellectual Property Law and the module on Intellectual Property Litigation.

As this programme involves academic issues and issues of concern to the practitioner, the programme structure has been designed to cover all the principle areas of intellectual property law, namely patents, trademarks, copyright and designs, the specialist area of information technology law, which impacts on a number of intellectual property rights and associated principles of exploitation and ethics.
