    MA: One calendar year full-time (fast-track); Four terms full-time;  Three years part-time

    This programme, which is delivered jointly by The Glasgow School of Art and the University's Faculty of Education at the University of Glasgow, is designed to cater to the needs of working professionals or those who are undertaking work-based study, and all formal classes are held either in the early evening or at the weekend. It is also possible to build up credit by undertaking one-off individual courses.

    This unique collaborative degree is delivered jointly by staff from The Glasgow School of Art and from the Department of Educational Studies at the University of Glasgow.  The Course is modular and part-time and is normally completed over three years, commencing in September of each year.  There is also a full-time mode, which can be taken over four terms.
     
    Students are fully matriculated at both The Glasgow School of Art and the University of Glasgow and have access to all facilities of both institutions.
     
    The real strengths of the Course lie in its range of experienced teaching staff and its interactive teaching. Collaboration is at the heart of this degree and students benefit from the expertise of both institutions.

    -Creativity in the Primary Class Room
    -The Language of Special Needs Art Education
    -A Critique of the Implementation of Higher Still Art And Design
