  • Objectives Among the first of its kind in the UK, the MA in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a flagship programme of the Business School's International Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility (ICCSR). The MA in CSR will enable you to advance your knowledge and understanding of the contemporary global issues in CSR, business ethics, and sustainability. This degree combines both academic and practical perspectives relating to this area.

    -The MA in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is one of the flagship programmes of the Business School's International Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility (ICCSR).
    -The ICCSR engages in mainstream teaching and research in the broad area of corporate social responsibility – this relates to community involvement, socially responsible products and processes, and socially responsible employee relation

    Course Content

    You will study the following core modules in order to develop your knowledge and skills relating to issues concerned with Corporate Social Responsibility:

    -Business Ethics
    -Corporate Social Responsibility in Global Context
    -Research Methods
    -Social and Environmental Accountability
    -Strategies for Corporate Social Responsibilit
    -In addition, you will be able to choose from a broad range of elective modules:

    One from:

    -Corporate Governance
    -Corporate Strategy
    -Product Market Strategies
    -Strategic Human Resource Management

    Over the summer period towards the end of the course, you will undertake a 60-credit supervised dissertation on a subject of your choice relating to CSR.
