  • Objectives This course gives you the opportunity to gain two qualifications, as it includes the professional Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development standards that enable you to gain Graduate CIPD membership You will consider the latest ideas, theories and practice relevant to HR in all types of organisations including, if required, an in-depth understanding of national and international HR Develop your existing HR expertise and advance your analytical and reflective capabilities Develop your understanding of contemporary strategic HRM concepts - gain the knowledge and skills needed to perform effectively at the most senior levels You will be introduced to international HR practices and management research Close professional links with organisations from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors ensure our programmes deliver the knowledge and skills demanded by the UK’s leading employers
  • Entry requirements You will normally need to have one of the following: Honours degree from a UK university or overseas equivalent Professional qualification considered equivalent to an appropriate Honours degree If English is not your first language you will need a TOEFL score of 550 or above, or an IELTS score of 6.0 or above, or evidence of English proficiency equivalent to the above
