MA New Literacies Online

  • Objectives To learn about ways of researching literacy and education, to reflect on your own professional practices and think about ways in which the new literacy landscape is changing our lives.
  • Entry requirements Entry requirements
    Normally a first degree in a literacy related field and relevant teaching experience.

    Our standard English requirements for overseas applicants are: IELTS 6.5 (with no less than 5.5 in each part), or TOEFL 575 with TWE 4 or above(paper-based), or TOEFL 234, TWE 4 or above (computer based) or equivalent.

    -Research Methods in Education.

    Teaching
    The course takes place entirely online. You must have regular access to an online computer.

    Assessment
    -Four 6,000-word assignments
    -15,000–20,000-word dissertation study.
