  • Objectives Introduction to the specification, design and implementation of software systems. Designed for graduates of disciplines other than computer science, who have some experience of computer programming and wish to build on their existing knowledge.
  • Entry requirements Entry requirements Applicants whose first language is not English should have an average IELTS score of 6.5, with at least 6 in each component. We don't accept TOEFL. Minimum 2:1 Honours degree in any numerate or logical discipline.

    -Software Verification and Testing
    -Software Analysis and Design (UML)
    -Database Technology
    -Network and Internetwork Architectures
    -Java e-commerce
    -Intelligent Web Technologies
    -Concurrent and Distributed Systems
    -Collaborative Group Project
    -Individual Project (June–September) in industrial or academic environment

    Teaching
    -Lectures,
    -tutorials and group work.
    -Students participate in a software development project supervised by an industrial software project manager.
