Course descriptionThis programme is intended to enable students to develop a knowledge of public relations (PR) and to prepare them for employment in the PR profession. Students obtain a broad industry perspective in regard to the role of PR across many sectors and disciplines. They develop a critical theoretical grounding and strong communication skills which can inform their own developing PR practice.
The programme involves visiting speakers from all aspects of the industry, to enhance the learning experience. It also offers a wide-ranging representation of this professional discipline and helps put PR in context of current business practice.
