    Programme

    Year one

    The first year of the course includes core modules in business economics, entrepreneurship, the economics of decision making, organisational studies, business computing, and quantitative methods. There are also five optional modules.

    Year two

    The second year studies include core modules in business economics, the economics of innovation, the economics of pricing and decision making, the economics of organisation, international firms, quantitative methods, and econometrics. In addition there are five optional modules. Four insurance and risk management modules must be taken in either the second or final year.

    Year three

    The final year includes core modules in industrial economics, the economics of regulation, corporate restructuring, and economic policy making. There are also six optional modules. Four insurance and risk management modules must be taken in either the second or final year.
