    If you have a creative imagination and enjoy exploring the ideas, techniques, and materials related to textile crafts this is an ideal course for you. You will have the opportunity, through multi-media techniques, to explore the inherent qualities of textile materials. We encourage you to develop your personal strengths and interests through a series of projects. Graduates will have the opportunity of becoming a designer/maker, crafts person or textile artist. If you wish to teach or work within a gallery you will also find this course a useful stepping stone in your career.
  • Entry requirements
    Entry Requirements Additional requirements for this course are normally one of the following: Successful completion of a Foundation course in Art and Design. A minimum of 240 points gained in A levels including two 6-unit (A2) Awards. A minimum of 200 points gained in Advanced Vocational Certificate in Education Double Awards (AVCE). An EdExcel/BTEC National Diploma, with merits in a relevant subject.
