• Objectives
  * Nationally recognised qualification successful students are eligible to practise as registered Audiologists * Direct links with NHS employers * Clinical, research and academic staff from Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham and Leicester Royal Infirmary, both of which are internationally renowned * All tuition fees are paid by the NHS (British Citizens only) * Additional NHS funding is available to eligible students in the form of a bursary, including supplementary financial assistance for those students with childcare needs.

  Programme
  
  This programme is designed to enable the student to develop core and specialist skills in audiology through learning in clinical practice and traditional academic environments.
  
  Clinical practice is an essential component of the programme throughout all the four years. The third year is a clinical placement year, which combines academic study with extensive clinical practice in the NHS, working with clients and patients from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. The student is paid during this placement year, which is primarily based within an NHS Hospital Trust. All students are comprehensively supported throughout the programme by a student support team consisting of clinical supervisors, personal and clinical tutors.
