  • Objectives
    * Our newly refurbished Sports facilities commprise six purpose-built laboratories and a therapy room with an adjacent sports injuries clinic.
    * State-of-the-art sport, exercise and therapy equipment is located here, including systems for analysis (Ergonometers, Dynamometers, Anthropometric equipment, etc.) and electrotherapy (Ultrasound, Intereferential and Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (T.E.N.S.)).
    * Our large environmental chamber, with a temperature range of -20 - +40 degrees Celsius, is used by national teams to help with heat acclimation. It has played a role in the preparations of several national teams including the England Women's Rugby Team and the England Ladies U21 Hockey Team.
  • Entry requirements
    The university requires you to have at least 2 A Levels (or equivalent) to begin an Honours Undergraduate Degree Programme or at least one for a Foundation Degree. The entry requirements for undergraduate degrees are given generally in UCAS Tariff Points.
