    # How to adapt exercise to suit varied fitness levels
    # Health and safety
    # How to motivate and support clients

    What can I do after the course?
    You may choose to progress onto the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) at Level 2. This can lead to employment as a gym or aerobic instructor. Once qualified, you may move into teaching different disciplines such as studio cycling, step and circuits.
