Objectives
The degree offers a critical understanding of transnational, inter-state and global political processes and institutions. You will embrace a range of topics in international relations and international political economy, as well as the comparative politics of important countries or regions like Latin America, Central Asia, the United States and Africa. It also analyses the ideas and theoretical frameworks that underlie contemporary debates in international studies. It develops your written and oral communication skills, whilst the work placement programme develops your employability skills and enhances your career prospects.
