Our standard English requirements for overseas applicants are: IELTS 6 (with no less than 5 in each part), or TOEFL 550 (paper based) or TOEFL 213 (computerbased) or equivalent.

  The MA in Hispanic Studies is designed for graduates in Hispanic Studies (or other graduates with relevant language qualifications and strong Hispanic interests) who want to obtain a specialist qualification in the area.
  
  It is a structured but exceptionally flexible programme of study and research that allows students to deepen, extend or renew their knowledge of the Hispanic field. It may also be used to fulfil the 'training year' requirements of the current AHRB / British Academy funding scheme.
