    This programme provides graduates in education and other related fields with an opportunity to study in-depth theory, policy and practice in education with an explicit focus on educational inclusion.

    Core courses

        * Evolving concepts of special educational needs: towards inclusion
        * The learner and the curriculum
        * Working together
        * Theory of educational research
        * Seminar on contemporary issues.

    Specialisms (may also be taken as an option)

        * Learning support primary/post primary
        * Social, emotional and behavioural difficulties
        * Developing reading.

    Options

        * Managing support for learning
        * Counselling
        * The more able pupil.

    Dissertation: 20,000 words.
