• Objectives
  This programme aims to broaden and/or deepen your knowledge of certain mechanical engineering disciplines, which have largely been chosen on the basis of the research strengths of the department, and which complement and support a specialisation in the study of desalination. To this end more than half of the credit total of the programme is devoted to the study of desalination. This includes a desalination project that aligns with the department’s expertise in this area. The programme also places a strong emphasis on the central role that design takes in both innovation and in the integration of the engineering disciplines.
