You will gain a clear understanding of the role and scope of design in all aspects of computer-based interactive systems. You will also be encouraged to use systems at an advanced level and to initiate innovative forms of design.

    Duration and Mode of Attendance

    Full-time
    PgDip – one year (two semesters)
    MSc – one calendar year. This includes the period of study for the PgDip.

    Part-time
    PgDip – two years (four semesters)
    MSc – two years followed by a dissertation (which usually takes one further year).
    Structure and Content

    Within this course you are expected to successfully complete eight modules for the PgDip and eight modules plus a research dissertation for the MSc course. Subjects include:
