Auditioning Techniques Course

  • Course description This 10 week course is all about turning the natural talent you have into becoming an employable, successful actor, perhaps tomorrow’s big name? It will work very much on you - the individual.

You may already be part of an acting group, or had some professional training previously, but realise you are not properly prepared for your audition. Whether you would like to gain the confidence and knowledge for a place at Drama School, or for auditions for television, theatre or film, you will gain support and encouragement, in a friendly and fun environment.

One of the most crucial things in your preparation is to find the right piece for your audition. We will help you learn and really work on your audition pieces, to show you off to the best of your ability.

Improvisation skills are extremely important in your preparation, and having the bravery to try out new ideas on the spot, could be the deciding factor of you getting into a Drama School.

By the end of the course you will feel ready to apply for your place at Drama School, University or a professional part.
