    One year – Full Time

    Where does it lead?
    >Students accumulate credits throughout the course which count towards a kite marked Access Diploma awarded by the London Open College.

    >The course is designed to prepare students for a wide range of studies at University. Most successful students gain places on Humanities, Social Sciences and B.Ed degrees.

    >The college has links with SOAS, University of Westminster and Middlesex University.
    This course leads to degree courses such as:
    History and Politics, Literature, Philosophy, Psychology, Social Studies and Teaching.

    What does it include?
    >Students can choose to study the following subjects: English Literature, Psychology, Sociology Law, Politics or Philosophy.

    What do I need to get onto it?
    Under normal circumstances applicants should be 19 or over on 1 September of entry. Applicants will be required to take a diagnostic written test. Those who achieve the required standard are interviewed by the course tutor.
