  • Course description All students take these three core units

    - Starting work in business, retail and administration
    - Working in business, retail and administration
    - Introducing customer service.

    You take two of the following Personal Skills units:
    - Personal effectiveness
    - Social responsibility at work
    - Financial management.

    You then take three of the following optional units:
    - Ensuring personal health and safety at work
    - Communicating effectively at work
    - Introduction to retail
    - Introduction to administration

    BTEC Introductory Diploma in Business, Administration & Retail

    What can I do after the course?
    On completion, you can progress on to a range of NVQ Level 2 courses, or a BTEC First Diploma in Business. Alternatively, you could move into employment in retail or business administration.
