Course - Evening Access to H.E Diploma (Humanities and Social Sciences)

  • Course description Duration of Course
    One Year- Part Time over three evenings a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

    What does it include?
    Students choose two subjects from History, Literature, Sociology and Psychology. There is a compulsory Core Module of Study Skills and Tutorial support including helping to make an application to University through the UCAS system.

    What do I need to get on to it?
    Under normal circumstances applicants should be 19 or over on 1 September of entry. Applicants will be required to take a diagnostic written test. Those who achieve the required standard are interviewed by the course tutor

    Where does it lead?
    This course leads to degrees courses such as: History, English Literature, Psychology, Politics, Sociology and law
