HDN Tourism Management

  • Objectives This qualification is widely recognised throughout the tourism industry. It provides a grounding in the core areas of business and management as applied to tourism. You initially follow a core programme shared with HND Sports Management, and then specialise in tourism management. You can also switch to Sports Management when you specialise, should you find that your interests are changing.The course is a market leader in terms of industry links and teaching styles.
  • Entry requirements You should have 80 points including at least 60 points from one or more A-levels. English Language and Mathematics GCSE at grade C or above (or equivalent) are also required. These requirements may be varied in individual cases.

    There are nine compulsory modules and seven optional modules. You take five specialist modules and two other options, either Business or Sports Management or language modules.
