    Content details
    This course is a good stepping stone for an access to nursing or social work course. The programme covers a wide range of subjects including: health and social care services, lifespan development, values in care settings, communication and numeracy.

    How is the course taught
    3 days per week over 1 year. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday or Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Starting September 2008.

    Students gaining a Diploma in Health and Social Care will have access to a range of careers and further education opportunities.
