This short course is designed to develop a range of effective leadership skills. The course looks at the concept of inspirational leadership, looking at different styles including charismatic and transformational leadership and exploring how inspirational leaders are perceived within organizations. The course looks at how people respond to inspirational leaders, introducing concepts and techniques for leading teams effectively. The course also examines the role of inspirational leaders in the management of organisational change.
