LLB (Hons) Law and Taxation

  • Entry requirements 120 tariff points, with 80 points from two A-Levels or equivalent, with remaining 40 points from other A-levels or equivalent qualifications. If English is not your first language you'll need IELTS (Academic)6.0 with minimum 5.5 in each component or equivalent.
  • Course description On this pathway you'll cover tax policy and practice, as well as examining the legal principles behind this area of law. In addition to being accredited by the SRA and BSB, this course offers additional CIOT exemptions, as you'll be allowed to sit the CIOT’s final exams without first becoming a tax technician.
