        * Growth and development.

    Plus four options and a dissertation. The list of options includes:

        * Economic appraisal of development projects
        * Environmental economics
        * Policies for sustainability and development
        * Theory and principles of sustainability
        * Politics of gender in development
        * China in the international economy
        * Aid and development
        * Economics of inequality and deprivation
        * Changing state and society in Central Europe
        * Social transformation in Eastern Europe
        * Other MSc options subject to approval.
