  • Objectives The MSc in International Human Resources and Globalisation reflects the increasingly global nature of business and organisations. It examines how global pressures combine with local forces in creating the contexts in which decisions on HRM and HRD are taken. Research methods training is also integral to this course.
  • Entry requirements Entry requirements A minimum second class honours degree or an approved professional qualification coupled with suitable professional experience or successful completion of the CLMS Diploma courses (at the required level).

    Core:

    -Comparing National Systems of VET
    -Managing Human Resources
    -The Global Context of HRD and HRM
    -Research Methods
    -Dissertation

    Teaching and assessment methods
    This course is studied by distance learning. The course is based upon the principles of continuous assessment. Students will be required to complete an assignment of 4,000-5,000 words at the end of each of the four modules. Students for the MSc are also required to complete a dissertation of 16,000-20,000 words.
