  • Objectives
    Podiatrists are specialists responsible for the care of the lower limb and foot. Expected to manage podiatric conditions from birth to old age, they are trained to recognise and diagnose systemic and local conditions affecting the foot and leg. Podiatrists work as part of the health care team, in hospitals, health centres, private practice or the commercial sector.
  • Entry requirements
    Entry Requirements We welcome applications from people of all ages. You will normally offer 220 UCAS tariff points including three 6-unit awards at grade BCC (or equivalent 6 or 12-unit awards) one of which is Biology, Human Biology or Sports Studies. Key skills and General Studies are not counted towards the tariff score. Alternatives include higher education access courses, BTEC courses or an Open University course.
