    The programme is one of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors partnership programmes offered by the School and prepares graduates for chartered membership of this body. The structure of the degree is based on an innovative mix of core courses and intensive project work. By the end of the programme, students are able to give expert advice on construction, conservation, maintenance, and repair and refurbishment of buildings.
